1006M..1970 Corvette Yenko Convertible, two tops, ZR1 - 370 hp Special Purpose Engine Package 4-speed with numbers matching motor. Cortez Silver paint with Black deluxe interior and White soft top. Super rare special purpose ZR1 and one of only 25 produced with about 20% convertibles. Rare Cortez Silver on a NO HIT body that has had an older body-off restoration. Radio delete car optioned with power brakes, leather, tilt-n-telescopic, transistorized ignition, black vinyl auxiliary hardtop, 3.70 posi, J-56 heavy duty brakes, special heavy duty suspension package, SS brakes, A.I.R. smog system (but not installed), tinted glass, rallys, and Firestone raised white lettered tires. Most all factory correct type components including the spare, jack, jack tools, rear HD shocks, seat belts, washer system, shifter, air cleaner, carburetor, hoses, hose clamps, valve covers, expansion tank, radiator, fan shroud, gas door assembly, owners manual and sales brochure. Fun Facts: the C3 ZR1 was produced for three years with total production of 53! 1970 = 25, 1971 = 8, and 1972 = 20. Purchased from an old car guy who owned for 15 years and purchased it from his friend who owned since 1972. Production date of May 6th, 1970 and delivered new by Yenko Chevrolet in Canonsburg, PA (dealer code 898 in zone 13) per the official NCRS/GM Sipping Data Report. Look, runs, and drives very nice.
