1008T..1965 Corvette Export Fuel Injected Tanker Coupe in super rare Tuxedo Black with Black interior. One of 41 tankers produced in 1965 and one of one in the fuel injected/tanker/black combination. Professional in-depth body-off restoration in show condition. These type restorations normally cost between $150,000.00 to $200,000.00. Also has an affirmation by CCAS/Grenning as to the legitimacy and originality of the engine block, stamp pad, engine stamp, and the trim plate. 2002 Bloomington Gold Special collection, multiple NCRS Top Flight awards, NCRS PV'd (Performance Verification), and the coveted NCRS Duntov Mark of Excellence award. Invited recently to the 2024 Bloomington Gold Collection for display on June 21st and 22nd. Invited to the MCACN 2015 1st Annual Corvette Invitational Display and the Bloomington Gold Collection's 50th Anniversary Salute to the 1965 Corvette. Most all factory correct type components including the numbers matching motor, transmission, the spare, jack, jack tools, F-40 shocks, seat belts, washer system, shifter, shielding, air cleaner, alternator, distributor, idler pulley, spark plug shields, hoses, hose clamps, window glass, valve covers, F.I. unit, F.I. fuel filter, starter, 6-quart oil pan, finned balancer exhaust heat shields, expansion tank, radiator, five Kelsey K.O. aluminum wheels, gas door assembly, bowtie mirror, glove box door, owners manual, sales brochure, and T-3 headlights. Early race car life as was raced extensively before being found by ProTeam in Rally Red without radio or heater with large flares around 1997 and purchased from Southern Peru Copper Corporation, Lima, Peru South America.
