1046R..1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe, 327-300 hp, factory air, powerglide, numbers matching original motor, transmission and rear end, also has the factory original XG body/trim tag. Silver Blue paint with Dark Blue (490XG) interior. Body-off restored in show condition and one of only 278 factory air Corvettes produced in 1963. NCRS Top Flight awards at regional in 2019 and 2021 and NCRS national in 2021. Also has an affirmation by CCAS/Grenning as to the legitimacy and originality of the engine block, stamp pad, and the engine stamp. These type restorations normally cost between $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. Very straight body with NO HIT front end and rust-free chassis. Restoration included rebuilt motor, transmission, gauge cluster, mechanicals, new wiring harness and exhaust. Optioned with factory air, powerglide, power steering, power brakes, power windows, 3.36 posi, AM/FM radio, back-up lights (1 of 318 produced), aluminized exhaust, tinted glass, hubcaps, and 6.70x15" white stripe tires. Also has a custom fit car cover. Most all factory correct type components including the spare, jack, jack tools, clear floor mats, shocks, seat belts, washer system, restoration battery, shifter, shielding, air cleaner, alternator, distributor, spark plug shields, hoses, hose clamps, window glass, valve covers, starter, #3460S carb, exhaust heat shields, expansion tank, radiator, water pump, horns, gas door assembly, bowtie mirror, glove box door, cookie tin hood, warranty book, owners manual, sales brochure, and T-3 headlights. Documented with the factory original XG-coded factory air trim tag, warranty book, CCAS/Grenning Engine Stamp Affirmation, A/C operating instructions, owners manual packet, California (SPL63IT) license plates, copy of 2001 California title, NCRS certificates and judging sheets, and 3-ring binder. The first year production air conditioned 1963 Corvettes are quite unique in comparison to the 1964-67 A/C Corvettes as there are over 25 items that are unique to the 1963 A/C Corvettes and it takes a trained eye to know and determine a real deal of which we have done along with over 30 NCRS judges. Production date of July 30th, 1963 and delivered new by Steakley Brothers, Inc. in Dallas, TX (dealer code 698 in zone 7) per the official NCRS/GM Shipping Data Report (SDR).
