1041R..1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe, 327-360 hp, fuel injected, 4 speed, numbers matching original motor, transmission and 4.56 rear end, also has factory original body/trim tag with CCAS affirmation, 36,714 actual miles. Silver Blue paint with Black interior. Professional body-on restoration in show condition with the highest level of authenticity and then winning the Triple Crown of Corvette awards: Bloomington Gold, multiple NCRS Top Flights (including regional and national), the Gold Spinner award and the Triple Crown award. Super straight NO HIT body and rust-free chassis with rebuilt brakes, suspension, transmission by Jeff Reade, fuel injection and other mechanicals. These type restorations normally cost between $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. The expenses involved in obtaining these awards could surely exceed $20,000.00. Also has an affirmation by CCAS/Grenning as to the legitimacy and originality of the engine block, stamp pad, and the engine stamp. Only 2,610 fuel injected Corvettes were produced in 1963 with an estimated 1,300 split window coupes. Documented with the CCAS/Grenning Trim Tag and Engine Stamp Affirmations, warranty book, owners manual packet, copy of previous owner title, owner history, Bloomington Gold/NCRS/Triple Crown certificates and 3-ring binder. Production date of March 6th, 1963 and delivered new to Benz Chevrolet in Lake Worth, Florida and sold new to William J. Blanchette on April 18th, 1963 per the warranty book Subsequently purchased by Bill Braun (Muscle Car Nationals judging chairman and national judge) who remarked that this car is "One of the most exceptional examples in existence!" and it's the real deal!!
